Qualifications: Minimum five (5) years experience in construction and skilled labor involving carpentry, demolition, full house renovation Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Math skills including using a tape measure and angles Detail-oriented Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded Requirements: Reliable transportation and own tools; responsible for traveling to job sites Capable of troubleshooting problems as needed and clean up the job after completion Valid, non-restrictive driver's license Benefits: Highly competitive pay based on experience Steady work - 5-6 days per week
