Description

Attending a Homebuyer Education Seminar is the first step in purchasing a home if you will be using any of the Commission's programs. The class is free to attend and open to the public. We will give you a comprehensive understanding of the entire home buying process as well as provide information on the Commission's first mortgage programs, and downpayment assistance. This will be an in person class. You must stay for the entire class to receive your certificate of completion. This class is accepted by all affordable housing loan programs as meeting or exceeding educational requirements. A reminder will be send the day before with information.
