Decking team needed

We are a GC looking for a reliable deck team for our decking projects. We will provide all materials and information, handle all client interactions and provide prompt payment once the project is completed. We are a relatively new company looking to pair with a new deck company so we can grow together complimenting one another's growth. We have a great pipeline for leads but are without a deck team for our projects at the moment. We will need you to provide your G.L. and W.C. certs to ensure both parties are properly insured. A little about us: Our target project is with multiple outdoor components including landscape, decking, and outdoor entertaining/living areas. Multiphased projects in other words. Our typical deck size is 150-300 sqft. If you are equipped to install deck coverings (gabled or single plane), a definite plus! Our target demographic typically lives in south Denver but we are happy to take the right project anywhere in the Metro Area. We will need 2-3 references, past clients or former employers so we can view your level of craftsmanship. Payments will be made either with a company check or electronically, no cash payments will be considered. Knowledge of working with steel framing would be a plus. All projects will have a written contract between you and us to ensure proper expectations are set and clear. We will do all digging that is needed and provide all materials.
