Explore your internal world and practice allowing yourself to be seen through the power of expressive writing. In this 90 minute creative wellness circle, participants will be taken through a series of journaling prompts to help them examine their relationship with self care, practice stress management, and nurture mental health. How it works: The workshop will open with an introductory exercise to allow participants to meet each other and ground themselves in the space. Participants will then be presented with journaling prompts to facilitate inward exploration, followed by a group discussion with optional sharing. We will finish with a closing ritual to send participants back into their journey feeling grounded and centered. What to bring: A journal, something to write with & an open heart. This event is hosted in Partnership with Steps for Social Change VT as a part of their annual fundraiser. About the Facilitator Clarise Fearn is an artist, creative wellness facilitator, and the founder of Clarise Fearn Enterprises LLC. Clarise is certified in social and emotional arts through UCLA Arts & Healing. Clarise offers a variety of creative wellness workshops/ experiences including Artist Circles, 1-on-1 Creative Consulting, journaling memberships, artist affirmation cards, and other visual art products designed to activate the creative spirit that lives inside us all.
