'Tis Pumpkin Season Cake Class

Description

During this cake decorating class, you will learn how to stack your cake layers, frost your cake and give it a fun spatula effect. Plus, for the fall decor on your cake we will make pumpkins & the vines out of fondant. We will be using a vanilla cake and traditional buttercream. This class is for anyone, even beginners! I will be supplying everything, including the tools. Each ticket will come with a poured beer. If you'd like to keep the tools, you MUST choose that ticket also. Upon arrival, we will be upstairs in the balcony of the brewery. Come see me for your beer token and to check in. Cake decorating takes a lot of space and time. That being said tickets are VERY limited and we will shoot for a 2 hour class (it shouldn't be much more than that).
