Description

Have you got something bothering you? Consult with the 4-legged therapists Patriot, Angel and Mae under the skilled direction of our Terry Talbot, Equine Gestalt Coach. This group session is designed especially for members of the Grand Valley chapter of the LIT Meditation Club. (That means we get a great deal on fees!) Horses tell no lies as they interact with you while your energy changes during therapeutic exercises. EGS helps to develop self-awareness, release trauma, and create a bond between you and the horse. Bring a carrot or two for the horses! Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and long pants. Come at 7:30 am to beat the heat and stay for up to four hours. You won't believe the beautiful view from Terry's farm. Coffee and goodies will be provided. Donations for horse upkeep are welcome. Don't miss this. If you enjoy this therapy, Patriot and Terry are available for in depth one-on-one sessions. The Equine Coaching Method is a collaborative participation of the client, horse and coach. It is about discovery, awareness and choices to empower each person to find their answers or flowing into wholeness. Each session takes a look at habitual ways of thinking and acting that interfere with personal growth and potential. Horses have multi-sensory awareness, mindful of their energy within and observing the activities of others but feeling our energy, feelings and emotions. One thing you can count on is the truthfulness of horses. The horse will be the first to detect that powerful self-sabotaging voice of one's limiting beliefs. The mindful self-explorations is not limited to people experiencing problems or challenges, but anyone who wishes a deeper understanding of themselves and their hidden potential. The focus is what do you want? For more information about Terry and Equine Gestalt Therapy, visit www.evolvinghorsepathways.com
