Must be flexible with hours and shifts A typical work schedule is six days a week with mandatory weekends. 50+ hour work weeks, overtime paid after 40 hours RESPONSIBILITIES: Unloading the truck and gathering tools for the day Use of walk-behind blowers, push brooms, and hand tools to get the site ready for crack filling and seal coating Safe application of hot pour crack fill material using a crack kettle, pushcart applicator, and/or v-squeegee Safe and clean application of seal coat material utilizing seal coat brush and/or spray wand Manual labor including shoveling, brooming, and raking Occasional equipment operation to include the backend spray bar of the truck and/or power broom.
