He is co-founder and owner of Weinberg Choi Residential at Keller Williams-Lincoln Park with his business partner and college friend, Josh Weinberg. They formed their team in 2007. The Weinberg Choi Residential team has sold more than 1,000 properties, generating more than $500 million in sales volume. They consistently rank among the top 10 real estate teams in the city, and among the Chicago Association’s platinum producers in sales and gold producers in units. In 2019, Tommy served as president of the Chicago Association of REALTORS, the first Korean-American president in the association’s 135-year history. That same year, Tommy chaired NAR’s Young Professionals Network Advisory Board. The national network helps young real estate professionals grow their careers and leadership skills.
