Description
We've missed you, friends! We hope you join us on Tuesday, September 13 when we sit down at The Katharine Brasserie and let Chef Eric Brownlee surprise us with multiple courses! The Katharine is the stunning French-leaning culinary concept in the gorgeous Kimpton Cardinal Hotel. They've been gracious hosts to us before and we can't wait to see what Chef Brownlee has in store. Chef Brownlee has been with The Katharine since 2019 with previous experience locally at String & Splinter Club in High Point and Blue Restaurant Group. He's a husband and father and brings 25 years of culinary expertise and passion for French cuisine to The Katharine. We can't wait to get know him better. Here's how it works: Tickets are extremely limited. Reserve with a ticket here and you'll join us at our table(s) on Tuesday, September 13, at 6:30pm. A reminder of our pricing: Your ticket price of $45 INCLUDES your multi-course dinner plus gratuity and tax associated with the meal. Beverage (and gratuity and tax for the purchase of beverages) are not included in the ticket price. Please take care of your server on any beverage service. A reminder that seating will be limited. We'll see you on September 13! Come early for drinks because as you know, The Katharine's bar is one of the most beautiful in the city! ** It's super fun to attend Chef's Tables with friends! We hope you'll be able to sit with friends as we used to do, but due to capacity restrictions, we may be limited with how many folks can sit together at one table. We will do our best to make sure you are seated with friends, if that is your wish. Just let us know, especially if you purchased more than two tickets. ** Follow us on Facebook for the latest details and get in on the chatter by tagging @katharinebrasserie and @triadfoodies, #triadfoodiesChefsTable on Facebook and Instagram. Please notify me at [email protected] if you have any food sensitivity or if the chef needs to be aware of any concerns. Regarding COVID-19 rules ** We are so happy to see restrictions but restaurants and hotels around the area are doing everything they can to follow all local protocols for the public's safety on top of staffing issues. Please consider your restaurant and how they take into account cancellations and the loss of revenue because of a cancellation. Each ticket holder bears the responsibility for their own health and the potential spread of a virus to others. If you are feeling ill, please immediately notify us and we will work with you on a refund or credit. Each ticket holder also bears the responsibility of being accountable to the reservations process which via Eventbrite, requires a 48-hour notice of refund. Due to business, city, or state mandates, masks may be required and enforced. Thank you for understanding.
