All of these projects are too small for a company to want to take on, one or all. I have called. General Helper is great (beginning pay $23/Hr). Skilled helper is great in certain applications. Pay DOE. Miner Framing (first), Flooring, Siding, Spray washing (first), Priming materials, Plumbing, Drywall & Insulation (first) and small easy roofing project. You need to have confidence cutting materials, working safely and using screws. Let me know what area or areas you have experience in or are interested in working in. Every small project is 30% set up and 12% clean up. So expect these things. Older workers are great because they have knowledge probably better than mine. But useful only if they are physically limber, have a good back and are not grumpy. Young workers are great if they can show up on time, put their phones away and are drug free. Pupil check? You bet.
