Movers needed for new moving co

New moving company is hiring friendly, strong and hardworking employees to work 30-40 hours a week loading/ unloading uhual moving vans. Positions are limited. Experience strongly preferred but not required. This job can be physically demanding, motivation and common sense required. Requirments include but not limited to: Ability to stand for long periods of time, carefully carry 25+ lb boxes up/ downstairs, carefully move large 100+ lb pieces of furniture with help/ hand truck, ability to work 2 or 3 hour jobs with no lunch or smoke breaks (exception of water breaks)(there is downtime in between jobs), be presentable for customers (sweat is not controllable but body odor is), Ability to follow directions is a must, Ability to work as a team is a must, a professional attitude is a must, have reliable transportation is an absolute must as you will need to drive to customer moving location (jobs will be in Portland, West-Linn, Wilsonville, Tigard, Tualatin, Beaverton, Woodburn, Salem and surrounding areas). Every job is a 2 hour minimum pay guaranteed. Pay is same day cash or cashapp/ venmo. Customers tip at least $40 every 4/5 jobs, tips split 50/50. Including tips, hourly pay averages $30+ an hour.
