Our inaugural Botanic Book Club discussion is presented in conjunction with the Memphis Botanic Garden. We’re discussing “Lessons from Plants” by Dr. Beronda Montgomery. What strategies do plants use to thrive in a challenging world? How can we emulate them to flourish ourselves? 

Pick up the book anywhere (Novel book store in Laurelwood has copies at a discount) and join us for a lively discussion at the Memphis Botanic Garden. The meeting is free. Even better: Come early and enjoy MBG’s Twilight Thursday with food trucks, adult beverages, and visit the incredible Alice in Wonderland summer exhibit in the gardens. Admission is free to MBG members (normal admission prices for other visitors).
