Job description
Site Superintendent is responsible for the day to day site operations and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Review and understand the contract with the owner.
Study the projects plans.
Supervise and coordinate all site operations and trades.
Ensure following the project budget as planned.
Ensuring that both the health and safety project plans are implemented.
Organizing the Subcontractors and workers and ensuring that they are performing as
required per project schedule.
Enforcing quality requirements, policies and procedures.
Maintains positive relationships and communications with the owner and architect
throughout the projects.
Schedule and request tools and equipment needed for the project.

Coordinate punch list process and close-out procedures with the
Project Engineer, Owner and Architect reach a Zero Punch list.
Initiate and send RFI’s to the project Architect.
Send material orders and review once delivered.
Review submittals to be familiar with what is going to be installed in the project and
highlight if there are any discrepancies or conflicts with the project specifications or
operations..
Maintain job schedule.
Prepare and attend clients meetings as agreed.
Send change orders and potential change orders in coordination with the Project Manager to
the Project Engineer including time and material estimates.
Prepare quantities take off for procurement and purchasing purposes.
Report to Project Manager unresolved problems with recommendations for decision
making.
Regular reporting as agreed with Project Manager.
Review and approve subcontractors and suppliers’ invoices.
Coordinate and attend inspections.
Report daily payroll.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
