Ever-Clean Janitorial Service is now hiring! We are a cleaning company servicing the Whatcom County Area, and we are looking for people to grow with us! We service residential homes, commercial buildings, apartment complexes, dental offices and move-out cleans. We are currently looking to add 1 supervisor to our team. Work Hours : 30+ hrs a week temp summer work Supervisor job responsibilities: Travel to empty units as scheduled and professional manner as scheduled. Inspection of work after each account so nothing is missed and supplies are accounted for. Cleaning along side cleaners to complete unit in timely manner. Training cleaners on cleaning and safety practices. Picking up keys from property manager. Deep Cleaning of bathrooms; high low dusting, cleaning of vanities, sinks, cabinets, mirrors, draws, toilets, scrubbing of showers & tubs and polishing glass shower doors. Clean kitchens: high low dusting, cleaning of microwave (inside-out), stove tops/fronts, hood vents, screens, pulling them out cleaning sides and behind, counters, back splash, handles and cabinets. Vacuum/edge, scraping up residue, and mop all floors throughout. Cleaning of washers and dryers inside and out, moving them out and cleaning behind them. High and low dust all surface areas including, trim, and fans throughout. Chrome shining appliances and hood vents. Remove spots/scuffs on doors, base trim and walls throughout. Sanitizing doors/ handles and switches. Polish inside windows/sliders and cleaning tracks Polishing of front door glass inside and out and tracks. Polishing of light fixtures with use of a step ladder. Sweeping of front porches. Removing of any items left behind in unit. Picking of debri and garbage left on property grounds. Informing management of hauls Supervisor qualifications / skills: · Excellent communication and organizational skills · Strong problem-solving abilities · Highly responsible & reliable · Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Education, experience, and licensing requirements: · Previous cleaning experience a plus but not required - will train!! · Valid driver’s license and car insurance · Personal vehicle to drive to and from clients homes Benefits · Supplies supplied by company · Paid drive time and mileage (45 cents per mile driven.) · Paid sick leave · We do not work holidays or weekends unless preferred · Career growth with a up and coming company. · More benefits to come as company grows. Physical Job Requirements: · Must be able to push and pull heavy objects and equipment · Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds (usually supplies to accounts or cleaning equipment/tools/chemicals) · Position requires reaching, bending, stooping, and handling various equipment with hands · Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum · Must be able to perform all required duties of the position · Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment If you are interested in this position, please respond to our ad with a brief description on why you are applying for the position and your resume.
