We are Hyperframe, a construction materials startup located in Berkeley, CA. We have a ton of work to do and are looking for someone who can perform a lot of different tasks over the next several months. Tasks depend on your skills. We have assemblies that are made from roll formed steel and steel stampings that need to be punched, riveted, and screwed together in various configurations. We have a pilot manufacturing line to build and simple machine components to be ordered and put together for that. We are building out a product demonstration center, and have some carpentry to perform there, as well as setting up lighting, conference tables, and other items needed for that area. If you have knowledge of 3D CAD, there are fixtures to design for a pilot production line. No two days the same. Email your resume with a list of fabrication and tool experience. Starts immediately. Can be full or part time. Flexible hours. Job must be done in person. Hourly wage $25-$35 per hour depending on skill. This is a great opportunity for an engineering student on a gap year or taking a semester break, or looking for work in addition to attending college.
