SWMI Health Matters moved into our forever home in the beginning of 2020, right before the pandemic hit. We have been waiting patiently for the right time to celebrate our space, patients, partners, and community members and we are excited that THIS year is finally the year, friends! We are inviting YOU, your friends, and family to celebrate with us outside on Wednesday, September 21st from 4-7 pm for an autumn inspired par-tay! What to Expect? We will have the Fresh Food Fairy’s bike blender on-site to make local and delicious smoothies, warm apple cider, snacks, kid’s activities, mini wellness classes, free chair massages, and prizes to giveaway. About Raffle Tickets: Every prize will have a bucket associated with it. As you get raffle tickets, you can choose which prize bucket you would like to try to win. Here is how you can get raffle tickets: 1 Raffle Ticket – If you show up, you automatically get one (1) ticket! 2 Raffle Tickets – If you bring a friend, you will get two (2) tickets! 3 Raffle Tickets – If you ride the bike blender and make yourself a smoothie, you will get three (3) tickets 4 Raffle Tickets – If you participate in a wellness class or get a free massage, you will get four (4) tickets. 5 Raffle Tickets – If you fill out a survey, you will get 5 tickets! About Prizes: We will have a variety of prizes to giveaway including massage, acupuncture, gift certificates, and more. Raffle tickets will be drawn at 6:30 pm. You must be present to win your prize!
