Austin TX preferably under 35 I’m a guitarist songwriter who’s leaning into fusions of surf punk folk & blues, but love doing curveball covers such as Caroline Polachek, Dixie Chicks, Paris Hilton, hip hop or the deep cut of the day.. I’m looking for hard playing music nuts who flirt with counterpoint, alternative voicing and swap your “verse” and “chorus” progs when conceptualizing a song or jam. I love when music has rich character and subtle nuances. I’ll be main singer for my songs but looking for backup// but depends on your voice I love many genres but some of my all time favorites groups: Stereolab, Metric, Talking Heads, Beck, Japanese Breakfast, Nirvana, Alvvays, John prime, PJ Harvey, Bjork, Margot & the nuclear so & so’s, Pavement, early Kid Cudi, Azealia Bank’s “Broke with Expensive Taste”, Rosalia beatzZ If our tastes don’t align don’t bother, but feel free to send me anything!
