WORCESTER, MA — A shooting in Worcester late Wednesday night left one victim, police said Thursday morning. The shooting happened near 11:30 p.m. along Catharine Street in the Bell Hill area. A 22-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds at the scene, police said. Near the 58 Catharine St. home where the shooting occurred, cleanup crews on Thursday morning were cleaning up pools of blood off the sidewalk. Worcester police did not immediately say what condition the victim was in. Worcester police said an investigation into the shooting was underway Thursday, and did not immediately announce any arrests.
