Affiliated Building Maintenance is a full-service facility maintenance provider seeking a full-time Field Technician to join our team of dedicated service professionals. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE This is primarily an outdoor job. Applicants must be able to work in all weather conditions, including AZ summer heat. Additionally, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable navigating/driving to multiple locations during the day. Job duties include/ but not limited to: • Quality Control Inspections and detailed reports • Checking the work of other cleaning crews to ensure perfection for our clients • Email Communication with office including detailed reports with pictures • Remove and dispose of any litter & debris throughout locations • Wipe down trash receptacle lids/ change out liners • Clean throughout dumpster enclosures • Removal of cobwebs & graffiti • Cleaning of outside fixtures, if necessary, by dusting them • Completion of route / work orders in a timely matter Bonus if you have experience in any of the following: • Proposals / Bids • Ceiling tile replacement • Basic maintenance repairs - drywall, patch and paint, light plumbing, concrete repair • Lockbox installations • Roof Cleaning • Sign Installation • Pressure Washing • Parking Lot Sweeping Qualified candidates must have the following: Successful candidates will be able to work both supervised and unsupervised, follow instructions on work orders, show strong attention to detail, and manage their time appropriately. • Clean driving record - Work vehicle provided • Email and general electronic knowledge • Must be able to rotate weekends for "On Call" • Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual a plus • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds • Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions Benefits (including 401K, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance,) available after 90 days.
