“When In Rome”....”When Working as Landscaper”

Whaaaaat you ask.Confusing tittle admittedly...This is a post for a Small landscaping bus In the nw part of okc.Our hope is To find/locate that special person(s)who checks as many or all the boxes as possible.(and if were supper duper lucky/fortunate...the bonus box)The “bonus”box being possessing a magic wand capable to doing /creating whatever our hearts should wish.Also acceptable as “bonus” box would be the genie in the bottle ready to grant any wish upon request.We Are Realist’s and know better than to Expect either of the latter(we did have a person who went by “Jeanne/gyne/gene That insisted we rub their.......belly....in exchange for the use of their magic wand....from time to time....but that got awkward.”ok”,you say,but what’s that got to do with the tittle of the post”? Nothing.......except IFyou have meds(court odered or otherwise)it’s best to take them.When in Rome or okc,one responding to a post that clearly states (demands)that one be heat tollerant(familiar with physical activity OUTDOORS in very high temperatures) one MUST have such a skill.Persons not familiar wont like this kind of gig.That does not make them a bad person...per say.It does say they made a bad decision/choice when accepting this position.Unforunatily this is ALWAYS a recipe for disaster.A person familiar with working out side will KNOW how such temps effect people/themselves and will know to take much with a grain of salt.IE,not acting/saying that which can’t be taken back or unsaid.Only forgiven.There is little we can do to control such hellish temps beyond the occaisional break in the truck ac or that of convient store and in some occaisions....a clients swimming pool while they are at work....that we accidentally fell into,after scaling a locked gate.It does us little good to spend part of the day walking on egg shells hoping we get enough done to warrant the expense of the additional manpower(one of our boxes) and them acquiring enough time($)to keep them in the game.(one of their boxes).There is nothing worse than when one realizes (like anyone EVER partnered with us in high school team math competitions learned within 30 seconds ofter the pairing)It takes more than only one person possessing heat tollerance. Sadly,it appears there are VERY few (regardless how much one can afford to over pay)that actually have that supper power.We WILL NOT spend our time appologizing for mundane things that come with such work.Please be honest with your self before responding to our post.In return you will find no other post gig that can provide A work environment more fair,more accommodating,more respectful than ours.You may find one with a better sense of humor (we’ll get over it)....but we try.Since we don’t give a polygraph test and gave up on checking backgrounds In too much detail as it takes us five mins to “learn”the same things pending 45 mins on the phone/e=mails can.Please be patient,the prez has his hands full.eventually something will be worked out as far as boarders and allowing those who want to work,to be allowed In,and(hopefully)flood the job market with people ready to get-er-done.Good news is,those who chose to be in gigs/jobs they dread or are not right will be freed up to take their time to search for gigs/jobs they enjoy or are a better match For.This is the part of the post where we all hold hands and sing ‘it’s a wonderful world”(except the author of this post who knows the courts meant bus when they ruled/sentenced/forbid absolutely any and No public singing....for which they referred to it as A crime against humanity.Imadgin?!405four zero eight 50eight nyne.must have your own transportation to work.
