Country setting with land just west of Downtown Tulsa Has the Electric pole with some outlets, plus 30 amp rv plug, 50 amp for bigger stuff. Water source is close to the area. also could use some help on Projects and willing to knock off money for some help. Have a unfinished cabin not being used as a project as well. Being up front and honest am going to be picky on who I allow here. Send a detailed email on what your needing and when. Tried this before and it seemed that people lost their job, or paper work, just got kicked out etc. Am not saving lives here am looking for someone that has a plan and needs a little buffer zone to secure it. great for car, boat storage or if your wanting to refurbish something or build a tiny house, maybe need something 6 months out of the year as you spend summers in a cooler place. good for a traveler or truck driver that drives the highway regularly. price is based on use Thanks and lets talk
