We are looking for pairs of participants 20-25 years of age for an ongoing research project. The goal of the project is to learn about how people think about emotions. You will be asked to come to our lab at UCLA with a close friend to fill out surveys and complete computer tasks. Your friend will be asked to fill out surveys and record brief audio clips. The participant who completes computer tasks will spend about 2.5 hours in the study, and will be compensated $50, and the participant who records audio clips will spend about 1.5 hours in the study, and be compensated $30.
Questions about depression, anxiety and loneliness will be included in the surveys. Participation in the study is anonymous: your name and contact information are only used to schedule your visit.
