I’m currently searching for a cheap tattoo artist in the portland area. I have many healed scars i’d like to cover & a few cover ups needed from practicing on myself with a tattoo gun,and i just can’t afford to get them as fast as i’d like to have them covered. I’m not looking to pay nothing, but I can’t spend $400 on each one. Most needed are small, and the biggest messed up tattoo I need covered is alittle bit smaller than a softball. I don’t care if you’re super professional, just would like someone who is decent.I sit well as I almost have a whole sleeve on one side of my arm so it’s not like I’ve never gotten any.I know good tattoos are expensive, but i want to cover the scars & bad tattoos asap.
