I have a 20×40 shop that was built in 1960. I am told that this lumber is bodark. It shows no sign of deterioration. The lumber is solid. It has vinyl siding in great shape. All the lumber and everything in the shop must go. Tear it down, haul it off and the lumber and contents are yours. There are 4 to 5 dead lawnmowers, and a lot of junk. I want it all gone asap.
