We manage several vacation rentals and need an independent, reliable and knowledgable person to help us with our maintenance tick lists. All homes are located within a few blocks of downtown Bend. The things that come up most often are the things that are common to all homes: Grout replacement/repair Caulking tub surrounds Faucet replacement Patch/paint drywall Staining wood Replacing light switches Replacing fire/CO2 alarms Replacing light fixtures Repairing shelving Other light home improvements Etc! If you are knowledgable and have your own tools. We'd love to talk with you. Great communication, accurate task tracking via an app, smart phone and reliable transportation are required. You choice of part time or full time 10-32 hrs/wk depending on your desired schedule. Full time may be available in the future. Occasional availability on a weekend would be great. Pay DOE $20 and up.
