Job qualifications include the following: Be at least 18 years of age Have at least a high school degree or equivalent education Experience preferred, but training is offered to the right candidate Possess a strong work ethic by being dependable, punctual and consistent Have the awareness and expectations for working with infants and toddlers by being gentle, kind, supportive and empathetic Have the ability to be mobile, to kneel, bend, squat and lift.
