Seeking Foster For Week Old Kitten

I'm seeking a foster home for a 1-2 week old kitten. Due to strange events I was greeted to a kitten in a box at my door. One of my neighbors saw my cat in the window with her two kittens and assumed we'd be able to care for it since she's only allowed one cat. My momma cat is not interested and her kittens are 3 months old. I work 40+ hours a week and have no time to feed the kitten every few hours it needs to eat. And I can't take it to work with me. I have called shelters and all they can do it give me advice on how to take care of it. She comes with formula and bottles.
