As Counter Sales and Delivery, you would: Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Assist with shipping and receiving Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible Sell heavy duty parts Assist customers with parts selection, both over the phone and in-person Deliver parts with a company vehicle Ideally, you will have: A high school diploma or GED Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills A high level of motivation The ability to communicate and work well with a diverse group of individuals Experience with Heavy Duty Truck parts a plus, not required Reasonable Accommodations Statement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
