Attorney General Merrick Garland called Donald Trump's bluff and asked a judge to unseal the search warrant and list of items taken from Mar-A-Lago. With Garland's statement, he said we, the DOJ, will release to the American public what was in the search warrant and what was removed, not Donald Trump. What will not be released if approved is the affidavit which can be up to hundreds or more of pages or more which lays out chapter and verse here is all of our probable cause. That will still be confidential and even Donald Trump does not have a copy. The affidavit will only be released if Trump is charged and then indited. At that time, Trump will be given a copy of the affidavit.
