Looking for dynamic drummer jam band

I’ve got a four piece group that is in need of a dynamic drummer. More specifically one that has good volume control, understands shuffles, off beats, and funk beats. We are not very interested in loud heavy hitting drummers(please don’t take offense) it just doesn’t work well with our style. We are looking for a drummer that is a good listener and can pick up on musical queues during jams. The music needs to move. Our sound is mostly along the lines of the Grateful Dead, Phish, or Allman brothers but we are working on originals and are open to covering many different genres of music. We all split vocal duties and welcome any vocal input you have but is not necessary. This isNOT a gigging/paid opportunity. We are interested in gigging but cannot guarantee when that will happen again. Really just hoping to meet someone who wants to play a night or two each week and see what happens. We play throughout the week And weekends usually in the evenings from about 8pm to midnight. It would be ideal if you have a schedule that can work with a later time. Age ranges and talent/experience levels vary. 21-45 is current age range so age isn’t important. If you’re interested feel free to reach out.
