High rise condo (61 units) on Holmes Beach (Ana Maria Island) is looking for a Part-Time Building Supervisor. This is a 20 hour a week position (M-F - 4 hours daily, no benefits). The position requires a personable, professional individual who will interface with residents/renters/contractors and various service personnel. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying areas of the building/property that are in need of repair/service. This is a hands-on position – with a combination of duties and responsibilities. Requires passing a background check and references. Basic duties • Handle basic maintenance repairs – ie replacing light fixtures, lock repairs, painting, door closure repairs, pool deck/back deck sweeping and repairs, and respond to any work orders submitted for common areas. • Facilitate scheduling/check in/out of contractors and vendors, inspections, etc, as required. • Assist housekeeping in various duties including, blowing off and hosing down walkways, cleaning BBQ Grill, moving trash bins for weekly pickups and hosing down trashroom/chute, occasional mopping of lobby floors and generally ensuring property is maintained in a clean and safe manner • Basic computer skills (for preparing/printing of notices, etc) • Assisting residents with any concerns regarding common elements.
