20 • Knowledge of hotel and department safety procedures, equipment and protective clothing requirement
to consistently ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
20 • Promote guest and employee safety and security through strict adherence to hotel policies and
procedures. Maintain certification in CPR/First Aid in order to be responsive to guest and employee
needs in emergency situations. Knowledge of Corporate Office notification requirements.
15 • Ability to monitor and perform all p.m. systems (equipment, rooms and public spaces) on an ongoing
basis as required by hotel's local SOP's.
5 • Clean ceiling diffusers and etc.
5 • Clean filters.
5 • Knowledgeable of all major and emergency equipment locations and their functions including, but no
limited to, valves, electrical equipment, etc.
5 • Strict compliance to hotel Hazard Communications Program to include thorough knowledge of
