Have plenty of hours of work needing to be done and not enough help willing to train the right individuals who want to work on their own or willing to work with individuals you need or want to make extra money..as a helper you just need to move material keep jobsite clean and help the fence installer when needed the work is not hard just being outside is to some people. Must be able to lift and walk with 60lb bag on concrete. Usually start early in the day to beat the heat. Realizable transportation is a must
