Part Time to Full Time
We are looking for a mature, experienced Maintenance Technician to assist in preparing and maintaining our rental units.
You will need to be able to perform a variety of tasks such as light plumbing & light electrical, painting, installation of appliances & fixtures, perform Pest Control. Must be professional, practical and pay attention to details. Must have problem solving skills and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to occasionally travel within Titusville. Our goal is to keep our rental units in good operating order and prep new units for move in.
MUST HAVE: Valid DL, dependable vehicle, your own tools, and a clean background.
