Handyman Needed for Established Handyman Business
Jobs
New York City NY
Description
Hello! I run own and run a handyman business based in Manhattan and I'm starting to get more work than I can handle. I'm quick, young (early 30's), and eager to build this business. Most of my work is assembly, hanging art, mounting TVs, redoing caulking, filling holes to prevent bugs, small patch work, a little painting, and more. I don't utilize a truck. I'm mobile with a backpack/rolling bag. I am licensed, insured, bonded, and I have 100+ 5 star reviews. I wear my mask and shoe covers in everyone's homes. I leave their home cleaner than when I arrived. I also show up when I am expected and do the job as quick and thorough as possible. I take major pride in my work and my customers love me and the brand. I am not the cheapest handyman by any means, but my customers are alright with that and understand they get what they pay for. I am looking for 1 or 2 people to have on call for times that I need an extra set of hands on a job, or to send them on alone. -I don't care when you work (tell me days/hours that work for you. As many or as little as needed.) -I don't care what you do off hours (just show up clean, presentable, and sober.) -I do care how you present yourself to my clients. -I do care how much you know and how comfortable/competent you are with tools. Email me if you think this is a good fit and we can go from there. ***ANSWER ALL THESE QUESTIONS PLEASE*** -Name -Location -Experience (photos/reviews of your work would be amazing) -Times/Days you would be available in a typical week -Do you have any mode of transport (car, bike, motorcycle, scooter, etc.) -Do you have tools? -Are you licensed for plumbing or electrical? Pay is per job. 1099 will be provided. Depending on experience/knowledge/tools and starts at $25/hr with some work going up to $60/hr. Keep in mind, this is mostly honey-do type of work for higher end clients and commercial businesses. Nothing is really back breaking or dirty. I want to work with someone I can trust. Build a relationship with. Depend on. Maybe grab a beer with after a hard day (on me). I work hard. You should, too. And you'll be compensated accordingly.
