Contractor looking for carpenter / laborer for a 30 days job

We are looking for carpenters / laborers for a 30 days job in NoHo Manhattan. The job will start on September 1st and needs to be completed by September 30th. Working hours from 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday with 30 minutes lunch break and another 15 minutes break around 4pm. Please note the following: *Valid Osha 40 card is a must! *Experience with subflooring and floating floor + wall framing, drywall installation. ( we won't do any spackling/painting) *Only one worker at a time will be taking a lunch break. Two workers will need to continue to work at all times. Break schedule can be worked out on the site by our project manager and the workers. *Workers found killing time or slowing things down during working hours will be terminated. * Be punctual, responsible, ready, willing, and available to work during this period of time. * Experience with a measurement tape, general tools, and rough carpentry is a must. If you have any work that you have done in the past, please send us the pictures/links for consideration. We have a deadline and a responsibility with our client, so we need to make sure that we hire the right crew. Salary: $1,200.00 per week paid cash every Saturday at the end of the shift.
