Outside Sales Associate Looking for a hard-working sales associate to work in our high end, family run florist and garden center. Retail experience and proven ability at sales is a must. High levels of customer service are expected with a great presentation. Must be available to work weekends. Knowledge of annuals, perennials and a passion for gardening is a big plus but a keen sense of sales and customer service is essential. Experience with container design and/or garden maintenance is ideal. Key roles and responsibilities This position will be client facing although the right candidate must be willing to take on all tasks as necessary for the successful function of the business. Ideal candidate puts the team before self. The job will involve pricing and stocking of plants and some display merchandising. Maintenance of product to include watering, deadheading. Can involve lifting of up to 50 lbs.
