We are a mid-size site construction company located in Fairfield Ohio with a division specializing in asphalt and sealcoat ranging from driveways, parking lots and much more! WHAT WE OFFER: Candidates will be compensated based on experience and capabilities Earned Vacation and Personal Days Medical, Dental, Vision, Long & Short-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Company matched 401(k) plan 50+ hour work weeks, overtime paid after 40 hours QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of asphalt seal coating experience strongly preferred but willing to train Current Drivers license with a good driving record Reliable transportation to work. Must be flexible with hours and shifts A typical work schedule is six days a week with mandatory weekends. 50+ hour work weeks, overtime paid after 40 hours RESPONSIBILITIES: Unloading the truck and gathering tools for the day Use of walk-behind blowers, push brooms, and hand tools to get the site ready for crack filling and seal coating Safe application of hot pour crack fill material using a crack kettle, pushcart applicator, and/or v-squeegee Safe and clean application of seal coat material utilizing seal coat brush and/or spray wand Manual labor including shoveling, brooming, and raking Occasional equipment operation to include the backend spray bar of the truck and/or power broom.
