I am looking to fill 2 more full time spots in my small in home daycare. I am looking for two toddlers between 18 months and 4 years old to come learn and play with us! I am on the food program and serve nutritious meals to the children in my care. I have worked in child care for 20+ years. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I have taken multiple child related class and last year completed my CDA. You can get more information on the CDA credential by googling it. I believe my job is to educate children. They should be able to grow, learn and develop in a safe, loving and encouraging environment. I have substitutes available that also pass state regulations. Activities are geared to specific ages. Children learn so much at this young age and it is important to give them a variety of learning experiences! There will also be a variety of music,sensory, art, science and math activities! I do not believe my job is to sit the children in front of a television all day. We watch a movie maybe every 3 to 4 weeks.
