Hello We have an immediate need for home improvement people. Carpenters, handymen, jack of all trades, builders, remodelers, painters, and home improvement doesn't mind doing anything type of people that can do a little of everything and are really good at doing it. We have several properties in the Lake Geneva area that need carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, remodeling, kitchen cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, landscaping, and lots of other misc. repairs, cleaning and etc. We know we can't find just one person that is capable of doing all of these things so please let us know all the stuff you are good at doing and an hourly pay rate you are looking for? This is only part-time so please let us know what your availability is. This could be a long-term part-time relationship because we constantly need projects done. Since this is only part-time if you have another job and are looking for side work that's fine with us just let us know your availability. Must have tools, and transportation. Must be hard working, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. Please send a resume if you have one and or let us know what you are really good at doing.
