1st shift 6:30 am -3:00 pm M-F (Saturdays and OT as needed) in a warehouse environment powder coating company in Kenosha. Powder Coat Paint Prepper Job Description • Hang parts on overhead rack system. • Use hand held spray controls to pressure wash and degrease parts. • Use hand held spray control to sand blast surface of parts for rust removal and good paint adherence. • Mask surface and/or plug holes as needed per prints. • Training available to learn to apply powder coating using air nozzle controlled applicator. • Quality control to check parts for full paint coverage and appearance. • Remove finished parts from rack system and package for safe shipment to customer. • Greet customers and intake or load finished parts as needed in management absence. Qualifications • Must have attention to detail and quality focused. • Ability to follow work instructions and work in a fun small team environment. • Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8 hr shift. • Sit down forklift certification available.
