The Freegan Yacht Club is hosting the first Freegan Sailing Skill Share August 14th starting at 10am to 5pm at the Flushing Meadows Corona Park Kayak/Canoe Launch Marina Rd, Corona, NY 11368 Flushing Meadows Corona Park Kayak/Canoe Launch Since 2008, we teach our members how to fix, maintain and sail any small sailboat that is given us. All our boats either get used regularly or are given to people that will use them regularly. That’s our mission! We will have a totally freegan Hobie 16 beach launched sailboat to show and share with qualified sailors. Please call text or email for more info or just show up. You can learn and/or teach how to sail please bring your small sailboats or watercraft to show and tell.
