Qualifications • Driver's License (Required) • US work authorization (Required) • Must have your own tools (Required) • Must have your own vehicle (Required) • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • OSHA 10 (Preferred) • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times • Good knowledge of English • Good understanding of basic math • Good physical condition and endurance Responsibilities include: • Cleaning and preparing construction sites • Loading and unloading materials and equipment • Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes • Operating machinery and equipment • Must be able to work well independently or within a team. • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure. • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Skills: • Experience of working with operating equipment. • Knowledge of basic construction principle and methods. • Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.) • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
