Janitorial/Maintenance Cleaner – PART TIME/FULL TIME - cleaning job" We are a cleaning company that has various cleaning projects that need cleaning in Philadelphia, PA & surrounding area. We Are Looking For HIGHLY SKILLED Cleaners To Be Able To Handle Different Cleaning Projects At Various Locations As Needed – PREVIOUS CLEANING EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!! Attention To Detail & Providing A Strong Level Of Service Is Necessary. Available shifts: *1st shift - 9am-2pm *2nd shift - 2pm-7pm *3rd shift- 7pm-11pm Pay $16 to $17 per hour, based on experience Daily Duties Include: *Sweeping *Mopping *Dusting of Windowsills, Vents, Etc. *Wiping Down Surfaces *Cleaning employee restroom and break-room *Refilling Supplies (Toilet Paper/Paper Towels/Soap, etc) *Vacuuming *Take Out Trash *Maintain Inventory of Supplies *Knowledge of Operation of Equipment (Vacuum, Carpet Cleaner, etc) Must Be Able To Work Alone or With A Partner Area locations: Philadelphia, PA & surrounding area *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and Squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Qualifications: MUST Have A Reliable Transportation To Each Location Must Be Well Organized & Have Attention To Detail. Previous Cleaning Experience a PLUS. NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
