We are a cleaning company that has various projects that need floor cleaning in Philadelphia, PA and surrounding area. NOTE: Work To Be Executed Monday Thru Friday. We Are Looking for An ELITE & HIGHLY SKILLED Floor Cleaner To Be Able To Handle & Execute Different Floor Cleaning Services At Various Locations As Needed – PREVIOUS FLOOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – A Minimum Of Three Years. Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To: - Stripping and Waxing Floors - Buffing Floors - Extracting and Bonneting Carpets. Able to work alone or with a partner. Days: Monday thru Friday Hours: Hours Will Vary (Mainly 2nd & 3rd Shift) NOTE: From Time To Time, You May Be Asked To Provide Cleaning Services As Outlined Below: Sweeping Mopping Dusting of Windowsills, Vents, Etc. Wiping Down Surfaces Cleaning employee restroom and break-room Refilling Supplies (Toilet Paper/Paper Towels/Soap, etc) Vacuuming Take Out Trash *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, Squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift. Job Compensation: $18- $20 Per Hour, (based on experience) Qualifications: MUST Have A Valid Driver’s License Must Be Well Organized & Have Attention To Detail. Previous Cleaning Experience a REQUIREMENT – Minimum of Three Years NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
