We are a cleaning company that has various projects that need cleaning in Philadelphia, PA and surrounding area. NOTE: This position requires the person to be available every day Monday thru Friday. We are looking for an ELITE & HIGHLY SKILLED Power Washer Cleaner to handle & execute Power Washing services at various locations as needed. NOTE: A MINIMUM of TWO YEARS of Power Washing Experience. Responsibilities: *Check the equipment to make sure you have an adequate water supply and that it is working properly *Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces understanding all mechanics of equipment. *Inspect the surface area after the washing to ensure it is clear of dirt and debris *Clear the job site and store all hoses and equipment correctly *Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury PAY RATE - $18-$20 Per Hour - (Based on experience) *Must Be Able to Work Alone or With a Partner Days of Service Monday thru Friday Area Locations: Philadelphia, PA *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able to Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand for Extended Periods of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk. Must Be Comfortable Working on Feet for Entire Shift. Requirement and Qualifications. *At least 2 years of industry experience with high-pressure equipment preferred *Excellent communication skills and attention to detail *Must Be organized and attention to detail *Ability To Work in All Weather Conditions NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
