Solid rhythm/lead guitarist needed

We are currently a 3-piece—bass, drums, keys—and we’re looking for a solid guitarist who enjoys the process of making stuff sound tight, yet fluid. At the end of the day, we’re a “musician’s band” (and people seem to like it because there’s not a lot of that in Tally). We’re doing covers, but making them our own in many ways, and we’ve got some riffy, funky, fusionistic originals we’re working on (along with whatever you might bring to the outfit!)
