General handyman Mr. Clean Fix LLC is looking to grow our team, in search of an additional handyman. We are seeking an individual who will work hard, with the strong potential of growing with our company, currently looking for long-term work. Part-time to start with full-time available in the coming weeks. Starting wage at $20 or more DOE 4-5 days a week. Qualifications Residential/general construction: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Reliable transportation Full Job Description Handyman duties and responsibilities Experience in General/residential construction type repairs including some or all of the following: Painting flooring electrical HVAC repair plumbing lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement Site clean up Lawn maintenance and care The ideal candidate would possess the following: Passionate about what you do and enjoy helping people, as we are there to serve above all. Has a minimum of 1 years of paid experience in general construction and handyperson services Punctual and Reliable; Honest; Ethical and Trustworthy Aspires to grow professionally, having a great positive mental attitude Willing to dedicate the hours needed to complete the job, going that extra mile for the customer Own your own tools and know how to use them (preferred) Treat people with respect and has good communication skills Strong work ethic, hardworking and take pride in your work Detail oriented, organized, and has good hygiene You thrive in a safe/fun work environment and you enjoy customer interaction Self motivated, enjoys a variety of tasks and work will with minimal supervision Willing to clean-up at the end of each shift and check the tasks/jobs for the next day Physical Requirements While working the handyman must twist, stoop/bend, squat, kneel, push 25-50 lbs, reach over shoulder height, reach at shoulder height, reach below shoulder height, and lift up to 100 lbs.
