We are a growing company and ramping up in-house production of the coverings and linings for our yurts. We are looking for people that have sewing experience or are eager to learn to sew, who can exhibit a great work ethic and a positive attitude. Essential Duties: Operating an electric rotary cutter and an industrial sewing machine Cutting stacks of fabric and insulation to specifications, working from templates or patterns Planning material usage to minimize waste Sewing large panels of insulation and vinyl Meet production goals Be able to meet quality expectations Job Requirements: Proficient in basic math Enthusiasm for learning Meticulous attention to detail Ability to use scissors effectively Must be able to lift and/or carry 40 lbs. Must be able to consistently sit/stand for 8 hours. Must be able to endure constant and repetitive arm/ hand/ upper-body motions.
