Custom Solar is currently seeking experienced solar installers to lead a team of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential projects. $1,000 Sign on Bonus - after 90 days with the Company!
Pay commensurate with experience with potential for advancement and increased pay with role and responsibilities, ranging from $24-$30. Construction and solar experience is necessary. Strong work ethic, good attitude and excellent communication skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable
– Electrical knowledge
– Roofing knowledge
– Technical Solar/Construction training
– OSHA training
– Must be comfortable on a roof and know how to work with power tools
– NABCEP certification not necessary but preferred
Paid sick time begins day 1 and we offer paid time off & 5 paid holiday after 90 days! $1,000 bonus after introductory period as well as health insurance assistance.
